Since the company MEDITES PHARMA, spol s. r. o. was started in 1992, it has become the largest and sole producer of solutions for renal failure treatments thanks to loyalty and appreciation of our customers.
Our permanent cooperation with professional medical public gradually resulted in formation of a comprehensive assortment of 30 types of acetate and bicarbonate concentrates that fully covers medical requirements for individualized therapy of renal failure or renal insufficiency. Our assortment was completed in 2008 with an acidic haemodialysis concentrate CITRASATE® by purchasing a licence from the company Advanced Renal Technologies, Inc. U.S.A.
Since 2012, the production of haemodialysis concentrates takes place in new premises and on the most modern production equipment that meets all the European standards, has increased production quality and efficiency, as well as overall capacity.
The modernisation was carried out with a use of subsidies form European Union funds. 
Zlin issued an ES certificate for medical devices - haemodialysis concentrates to the company MEDITES PHARMA in accordance with requirements of the Directive of the Council 93/42/EHS and on the basis of an audit by the notified body no. 1023 - ITC, a. s.
A workplace for manufacture of medicinal preparations filled in plastic bags was opened in the year 1997.
The workplace meets all the conditions for quality pharmaceutical preparations production, comparable with products of advanced foreign companies, and it was noticeably modernized in the year 2011. It is equipped with modern technological equipment from reputable companies and employs high standards for technological procedures to ensure good quality. The State Institute for Drug Control issued Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice for our company.
This technology enabled us to enter into an area of far newer blood purification methods than is traditional haemodialysis. In 1998, we launched replacement solutions for continuous elimination methods (CVVH, CVVHD, etc.) on the market under the trade name Medisol. In the beginning it was a solution containing lactate - Medisol K2, which we have completed with bicarbonate system Medisol Bi in 2002. This way we managed to widen our coverage of medicinal needs when utilizing these methods. The solutions are supplied in multi-layer bags without PVC of a volume of 5000 ml (in case of Medisol Bi0 and Medisol Bi4 the solution is prepared from two components prior to use).
